One of the most anticipated movies of 2025 is Sitaare Zameen Par. The film, which co-stars Aamir in a leading role, was produced by Aamir Khan and directed by R.S. Prasanna. The movie will be ready to premiere in theaters on June 20. Today, June 20, the producers released a new, mood-boosting song called Shubh Mangalam.

Shubh Mangalam Releases Sitaare Zameen Par Song

Zee Music Company released a new music video, Shubh Mangalam, on June 16. The tune depicts a happy celebration with the new stars, Aamir Khan, and Genelia Deshmukh. The event is a lovely celebration as guests indulge in delicious food, dance, and laughter. The music video suggests that the film will take viewers on an emotional rollercoaster filled with laughter, tears, happiness, and more.

The song was sung by Shankar Mahadevan & Amitabh Bhattacharya. The composer is Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, while the lyrics are done by Amitabh Bhattacharya. Prakriti Giri, Ruhdabeh Vazifdar, Urgen Yolmo, Ravee Mishrra, Arsh Mohammed, Latesh Puujari, Jaden Mascarenhas & Aseem Trivedi have done the chorus.

Sitaare Zameen Par tells the story of a disgraced basketball coach, played by Aamir Khan, who is forced to coach a team of neurodivergent adults as part of his community service after a DUI. 

The film, directed by R.S. Prasanna, is a spiritual successor to Taare Zameen Par and is inspired by the Spanish film Campeones. It explores issues of resilience, growth, and the importance of understanding and embracing neurodiversity.
