In a thrilling development for fans eagerly awaiting the Allu Arjun and Atlee collaboration, reports have confirmed that popular Tamil comedian Yogi Babu has joined the star-studded cast of the yet-untitled project, tentatively known as AA22xA6. Currently shooting in Mumbai alongside Allu Arjun and Mrunal Thakur, Yogi Babu’s inclusion adds a comedic flavour to the much-anticipated sci-fi actioner.

First Collaboration with Allu Arjun

Although Yogi Babu has previously worked with director Atlee in notable films like Mersal, Bigil, and the Tamil version of Jawan, this marks the first time he will be sharing screen space with Allu Arjun. Known for his impeccable comic timing and versatile roles, Yogi Babu’s presence is expected to add depth and levity to the film’s intense narrative.

Star-Studded Ensemble and Grand Vision

Besides Yogi Babu, the film boasts an impressive lineup including Deepika Padukone, who is set to join the shoot from November, and Mrunal Thakur. While rumours swirled around Vijay Sethupathi and Janhvi Kapoor joining the project, it has been confirmed that Sethupathi is not part of the cast, whereas discussions with Kapoor are ongoing. The film’s music is composed by Sai Abhyankar, who also worked on the promo video.
