A fresh poster for Yash Raj Films' much-awaited spy thriller War 2, starring Hrithik Roshan, Jr. NTR, and Kiara Advani, has been formally unveiled. The poster, which was made available on Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil platforms, depicts the three actors in powerful action avatars: Hrithik is seen brandishing a katana, Jr. NTR is seen with a menacing knuckle punch, and Kiara is seen wielding a gun in a confident manner while wearing elegant, all-black attire. The new poster, though, has failed to impress many supporters.

The new poster for War 2 makes viewers wish for more

The poster featuring Hrithik Roshan, Jr. NTR, and Kiara Advani was shared by YRF on its social media accounts. "The largest confrontation of the year is coming... #30DaysToWar2 #War2 is exclusively available in theaters starting August 14th. Releasing in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil," the caption stated.

Internet Response

The countdown to 30DaysToWar2 piqued some fans' interest in the "fierce" vibe of the ensembles. However, others were less impressed, as evidenced by their remarks about the posters' quality. One user criticized their terrible appearance and referred to them as "effortless fan-edit."

"Kitne paise bachaye hai through these posters (how much money was saved through these posters)," one remark questioned. "By releasing poor quality posters, they are destroying the excitement surrounding the movie," said another social media user.

"Poster poor of the year," another remark said. "This War 2 poster looks like a loud, over-the-top PicsArt mess, way too trying hard for a mature vibe," added another.

"Itne bekar posters, announcement k time pe jo hype thi wo khatam ho gayi ab (Such bad posters, all the hype since the announcement has died now)," one social media user wrote. "Aise posters kon bana rha hai (Who is making such posters)," another user inquired.

Regarding War 2

In May of this year, the teaser for War 2 was released, giving us a high-octane peek at the highly anticipated sequel. Hrithik reprises his role as Agent Kabir from the 2019 hit film War. Jr NTR enters Bollywood with his portrayal of Vikram, an Indian agent who plays the villain and sets the scene for a fierce confrontation.

The trailer is full of high-octane action, including captivating sword battles, high-speed automobile chases, and thrilling hand-to-hand combat scenarios. Kiara, who plays the main character in the franchise, attracted attention with her stunning bikini appearance and is expected to share romantic screen time with Hrithik. The movie, which will be released on August 14 in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil, is a component of YRF's expanding spy world.
