According to a Mid Day article, Param Sundari, the new film by Dasvi director Tushar Jalota, is said to be eschewing the recent trend in the romantic genre. Metro... In Dino and Saiyaara, two love movies, were released one after the other this month. Consequently, the possible release dates for Param Sundari are currently being considered as August 29 or September 5.

The tabloid's insider source claims that Param Sundari has a distinctive tone. The producers were careful not to treat it as just another love story because two similar romantic films were released within a few weeks of each other. The producers thought that postponing the publication would be advantageous to Param Sundari.

The postponement isn't solely due to the film's divergence from similar genre fare. The team is reportedly making good use of this time to expand its advertising initiatives. Since Sidharth is now preoccupied with his new duties as a father, the recording of a promotional song will take place closer to the release date, according to an insider.

The film's release date has been pushed back twice, which is really unfortunate. A previous Mid-Day report from June said that Param Sundari was not released on July 25 by the producers in order to avoid competing directly with Son of Sardaar 2, which is set to be released on the same day. Recent accounts indicate, nevertheless, that the aim is to give the film some room to breathe among a crowded list of romantic films. The producers, though, made the announcement over the weekend that the release date of Son of Sardaar 2 has been pushed back to August 1, 2025.

Release date still not finalised

Although the Param Sundari marketing campaign is about to receive a new push from a music shoot, the exact release date that the producers have locked on is still up in the air. August 29 or September 5 is still up for grabs as of right now.
