The Bhootnii is centered around a haunted tree on the Delhi campus of St. Vincent's College, where a witch awakens every Valentine's Day in an attempt to steal souls. On Valentine's Day, Shantanu gets lost and runs into Mohabbat, the witch who is drawn to him. The narrative follows Shantanu as he becomes lost. While Shantanu and his pals attempt to manage the paranormal occurrences and defend themselves against Mohabbat's advances, they call in a ghostbuster named Baba (Dr. Krishna Tripathy) for assistance.

The film addresses the subjects of love and the search for genuine love. It also depicts the struggle between good and evil, or rather, the conflict between different kinds of spirits, the strength of faith, and how it may affect supernatural events.

The film, on the other hand, takes place in a made-up college environment and follows a group of college-aged people who are looking for true love but come across a strange tree. The special VFX effects created by the producers are fantastic and capture your interest.

Some films are occasionally lost in the commotion. However, this movie was created with great affection and attention to detail. We had complete faith in the tale and the message it conveyed.
