Jenna Ortega is back with a fresh revelation weeks before she reprises her role as Wednesday for the second season. She has revealed, with The Hand's assistance, that the third season of her hit Netflix series is indeed happening and will soon be filmed. After season 2 releases on the streaming platform, the same will be streamed at some point.
Wednesday saw the confirmation of season 3
The third season of Wednesday is officially confirmed and in production. Because bad things come in threes, as you know, a poster of Jenna Ortega and her signature scowl has reappeared to alert you to the same.
"It's such an alchemy of writing, directing, acting, crew, streamer, studio, and fans. After the overwhelming affection the first season garnered, showrunner Alfred Gough revealed in a news release that Wednesday season 3 is actually in the works. He also said that, along with all of our partners, we are still appreciative and thrilled to share these stories and continue this adventure.
What should we anticipate from Wednesday season 2?
Wednesday of season two, like season one, is predicted to be enjoyable. In reality, the showrunner pledges that the show will be more entertaining. Morticia (Catherine Zeta-Jones), Gomez (Luis Guzmán), and Pugsley (Isaac Ordonez) will be back for the season, and additional members will be added to the Addams Family (and we can already hear Wednesday groaning and cringing in her mind).
The Wednesday season 3 pledges
Alfred Gough said during the announcement that Wednesday season 2 may only scratch the surface and that Wednesday season 3 would reveal further mysteries about The Addams Family and Nevermore.
Season 2 will be released in two sections, even if the third season is still a long way off. The first will be released on August 6, while the second will be released on September 3.
