Director Vimal Krishna, who made waves across Telugu cinema with his sensational debut DJ Tillu in 2022, is back with another quirky entertainer. Known for his unique storytelling and his ability to create unconventional yet relatable characters, Krishna struck gold with his first film that went on to become a cult favourite. Now, the director is set to bring another wacky and fun-filled story to audiences with his new project produced by Chilaka Productions.

Grand Pooja Launch of the Project

The much-anticipated film had its official pooja ceremony today, marking the beginning of its production journey. The event was conducted with the cast and crew in full attendance. Producers Rajiv Chilaka, Rajesh Jagtiani, Hirachand Dand, and Naveen Chandra, who are passionately backing the project, ensured the launch was a memorable one. Megha Chilaka and Sneha Jagtiani gave the ceremonial clap, while Sunil Kumar Nama switched on the camera and Vimal Krishna handed over the final script, officially kickstarting the shoot.

A Fresh Cast with Promising Faces

Unlike his debut, Vimal Krishna has opted for a fresh lineup of actors to headline his new story. The film stars Rag Mayur—known for his natural comic timing—and Merin Philip in leading roles, supported by Prince Cecil, Anannayaa, and Charith. With young and energetic actors stepping into central roles, the film is expected to strike a balance between refreshing performances and offbeat storytelling.

Strong Technical Team on Board

The makers have assembled an exciting technical crew to bring Vimal Krishna’s vision to life.
