Currently, the Kannada film business is happy that two movies—Ekka and Junior—have been attracting viewers. But the question is whether the movies scheduled for the remainder of the year will be able to maintain this momentum. Following Bheema's conclusion of the drought the previous year, Krishnam Pranaya Sakhi, what will come after Ekka, though? With the release of his most recent film, X&Y, in theaters on June 26, director D Satya Prakash made his acting debut. The Malayalam original police procedure, which stars Dileesh Pothan and Roshan Mathew, was written and directed by Shahi Kabir. In addition to Prakash Tuminad, Sandhya Arekere, Mime Ramadas, Deepak Rai Panaje, Shaneel Gautham, and others, JP stars in the lead role.

It will be available in theaters on July 25, 2025.

The movie, which is written and directed by Mahesh Ravikumar, is a mystery thriller that follows a string of unexplained killings on a distant island. One tenacious cop discovers gruesome secrets while the investigation squad has trouble collecting proof because the bodies are being disposed of in the water. Starring Balaji Manohar, Gopalkrishna Deshpande, Shwetha Prasad, Harish Rai, and others.

Hari Hara Veera Mallu

The expensive historical picture starring Telugu actor and politician Pawan Kalyan has him playing the character of Veera Mallu, a fictitious rebel who opposes an oppressive Mughal empire. The movie is now scheduled for theatrical release after experiencing significant production delays. Additionally, the cast includes Bobby Deol, Sathyaraj, Niddhi Agerwal, Aditya Menon, and many others. The movie will also be released in a Kannada edition.

Theaters will start showing it on July 24, 2025.
