Aamir Khan has verified that Sitaare Zameen Par, his Bollywood comeback film, will be released in cinemas, despite the news of its release module. The movie will be available on YouTube on a pay-per-view basis, skipping the theatrical and OTT release, it was previously stated. Aamir has stated that this is not the case and that his film will be released in theaters rather.

Sitaare Zameen Par's theatrical release is confirmed by Aamir Khan.

Contrary to rumors that it would be a pay-per-view module on YouTube, Aamir Khan has confirmed that Sitaare Zameen Par would be released in theaters. He stated the same thing on a recent podcast. "The film Sitaare Zameen Par is being distributed exclusively in theaters. I am a theater person, and I have faith in theaters and movies. Therefore, I made the choice to exclusively distribute it in theaters," the actor stated.

The original launch strategy for Sitaare Zameen Par

Rumors circulated that Aamir Khan intended to approach his Bollywood return film, Sitaare Zameen Par, in an unconventional manner. The performer may have chosen a pay-per-view approach on YouTube, bypassing both theatrical and OTT releases. Nevertheless, the actor has now verified that his film will be released in theaters on June 20 after he rejected that notion.

Prior to the release of Sitaare Zameen Par, the OTT platform produced champions.

Woody Harrelson's Champions, which inspired Sitaare Zameen Par, is no longer available on JioHotstar as an extra measure. With Aamir Khan preparing for his big return to Bollywood alongside Genelia D'Souza Deshmukh, this action is being taken. Notably, Champions is the English rendition of the Spanish film Campeones.

The story of a basketball coach who must teach youngsters with special needs and lead them to victory in the competition is told in Sitaare Zameen Par. The film promises to revive the genre and features that Aamir is best known for – amusing material where he makes fun of himself through others. Darsheel Safary, who starred in the original film Taare Zameen Par, is also back in the RS Prasanna film.
