The second season of the much-loved show was released in the West in January on BBC and in February in other selected parts this year, and the fans in India have been waiting to catch it for the past couple of months. However, it turns out that our prayers have been heard, and we are not going to be waiting for long as the makers of the show have now confirmed that The Tourist season 2 will finally be released in India this month and will be landing on Lionsgate Play like the first season and not changing homes.

Meanwhile, there is a catch. The initial release date announced for The Tourist Season 2 India premiere on Lionsgate Play was April 19, 2024. However, due to unknown reasons, the streamer has now decided that the show will be released a week later, on April 26, 2024. This means the wait has been extended by a week but that is not much to ask for as Jamie Dornan waits for us on the other side with his journey of finding his identity.

The Tourist Season 2 Plot & Cast

Created and written by Harry and Jack Williams, The Tourist is about a person referred to as The Man, who is an amnesiac from Northern Ireland trying to find his identity after losing his memory and waking up in the Australian outback. We will soon start referring to him as Elliot, and we will have him trying to unravel the mystery of his existence as he goes to Ireland in the second season of the thrilling show.
