The trailer for the third and final installment of the teen romance drama The Summer I Turned Pretty has been made available by Prime Video. In the video, Belly and Jeremiah surprise their mothers with their major intentions: getting married.

What is in the trailer?

In a complicated love triangle, Belly, Conrad, and Jeremiah are played by Lola Tung, Christopher Briney, and Gavin Casalegno, respectively. Conrad, who is on a downward spiral and has just realized that he has always wanted Belly, is making plans for the future with Jeremiah.

Nonetheless, Belly's situation isn't all that straightforward either. "In the clip, she states, 'When I'm with J, everything is easier, but everywhere I go, there's a memory of Conrad.'"

The trailer is entirely based around Taylor Swift's songs Daylight and Red.

Who else is on the show?

The last season of the well-liked program The Summer I Turned Pretty has a lot of fresh faces.

Kristen Connolly (House of Cards, The Cabin in the Woods) and Isabella Briggs (Sugar, Fatal Attraction 2023) join the cast as series regulars.

Sofia Bryant (The Girl In The Woods, I Am Not Okay With This), Lily Donoghue (Daisy Jones & the Six, Black Christmas), Zoe de Grand'Maison (Riverdale, Orphan Black), Emma Ishta (Stitchers), and Tanner Zagarino (Shrinking, Aftermath) are among the new recurring cast members, according to a Prime Video press release.

With its 11-episode third and last season, the show returns on Wednesday, July 16, 2025.

According to the official synopsis: “It’s the end of her junior year of college, and Belly is excited to spend another summer in Cousins with her soulmate, Jeremiah. Her future appears determined until some earth-shattering occurrences reunite her with Conrad, her first love. Belly is at a turning point in her life, on the verge of adulthood, and she has to choose which brother has her affection. "Summer will never be the same."

The Summer I Turned Pretty is a multigenerational drama centered on a girl who is torn between two brothers, based on Jenny Han's popular book trilogy. It explores the intricacies of the relationships between mothers and their children, the enduring nature of female friendships, and the emotional ups and downs of growing up.
