The first teaser for the much-anticipated Saudi Arabian action-comedy has been revealed, giving Indian viewers their first glimpse of Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt in a major foreign production. The Seven Dogs is a significant event. The teaser, which was created by the well-known directing pair of Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, who have previously worked on Ms. Marvel and Bad Boys for Life, is a combination of exciting action moments and a global cinematic atmosphere.

The trailer provides important visual hints, but it doesn't reveal much about the story or the roles of Salman and Sanjay. Salman Khan, sporting a fashionable white suit, exudes confidence and coolness, while Sanjay Dutt makes a strong entrance carrying a pistol, creating an imposing and commanding aura. An earlier leaked video hinted at the possibility of the movie taking place in India, where Salman wore a khaki uniform and drove an autorickshaw through Mumbai's congested roadways. Sanjay's role is said to be a strong one, with a narrative set in Shanghai.

The Seven Dogs, which was first rumored to be Salman Khan's Hollywood debut, is now known to be a Saudi Arabian film that cost over $40 million to produce, according to reports. The Egyptian smash Kira & El Gin also starred well-known Arab performers Ahmed Ezz and Karim Abdel Aziz.

Overview of the plot

Khalid Al-Azzazi, the main character, is an Interpol agent tasked with capturing Ghali Abu Dawood, a senior member of the enigmatic 7 Dogs crime syndicate. A year later, the criminal group resurfaces with a deadly new drug, codenamed "Pink Lady," that poses a significant danger to Middle Eastern nations. After that, Khalid will need to collaborate with an former adversary in order to halt the drug's dissemination.

Interestingly, the Big Time Al-Hosn Studios in Riyadh, which just opened, has not produced a major feature film before The Seven Dogs. The film's international appeal is demonstrated by the studio's use of recognizable places like Shanghai and Mumbai.

The movie, which is slated for a theatrical debut in late 2025, is expected to be a major collaboration between Bollywood and Middle Eastern cinema thanks to its star power and large production budget.
