Retro, the recently released Tamil film headlined by actor Suriya, is now out on OTT for streaming. You can watch the romantic action drama on Netflix, which is streaming the film in multiple languages, including Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi, with English subtitles.

Retro out on OTT:

Actor Suriya, known for his films like 7 Aum Arivu, Ayan and Singam, was recently seen in Tamil film Retro. The film is written and directed by filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj in his maiden collaboration with the star. After its theatrical release on May 1, Retro now had its OTT premiere on Netflix. The film is streaming in Tamil and other languages in dubbed versions.

With the Ala Vaikunthapurramloo actress Pooja Hegde in the starring role, Retro is a romantic action film that also features Joju George, Jayaram, Nasser, and others. The plot centers around Paari Vel, a gangster's adopted son, who is attempting to give up his violent ways in order to start a life with his girlfriend. However, destiny has other plans when he finds himself on an island where a cult leader reigns, torturing the populace for his own sick enjoyment.

Under 2D Entertainment, Suriya and Jyotika created Retro, which features music by Santhosh Narayanan. The movie had a mixed response when it was first released.

What is Suriya’s next film?

For a film tentatively titled Suriya 45, Suriya will next collaborate with actor and filmmaker RJ Balaji. The movie will feature Trisha, the star of Thug Life, in the lead role. Although there is no official release date, the young sensation Sai Abhyankkar will write the music. The cast also includes actors Swasika, Indrans, Yogi Babu, Sshivada, Natty Subramaniam, and Supreeth Reddy.

With Premalu fame Malayalam actor Mamitha Baiju, Suriya had also revealed another endeavor with Lucky Baskhar director Venky Atluri. The producers will shortly provide more information on the project.
