Plotline: A Psychological Thrill Ride

The story revolves around Raghu (played by Sivakarthikeyan), a car showroom employee battling a rare psychological condition that causes him to mistake strangers for his long-lost relatives. His unusual disorder soon draws the attention of NIA officer Premnath (Biju Menon), who recruits him for a secret mission.

Raghu’s mission leads him into dangerous territory as he infiltrates a gas cylinder factory, which, beneath its façade, operates as a large-scale weapons warehouse for an arms syndicate. What follows is a cat-and-mouse game against the ruthless leaders Virat (Vidyut Jammwal) and Chirag (Vikranth).

Amidst his fragile mental health and haunting past, Raghu finds an emotional anchor in Malathi (Rukmini Vasanth), a dental student who walks into his chaotic life. The blend of action, suspense, and human vulnerability gives Madharaasi its unique edge.
