All About Sarzameen

Prithviraj Sukumaran plays Vijay Menon, an army officer, and Ibrahim Ali Khan portrays his son Harman, who turns into a terrorist, in the Hindi thriller drama Sarzameen, which is set in Kashmir and revolves around a father-son feud. Meera, their wife and mother, is played by Kajol, who finds herself in the middle of their ideological fight. The psychological effects of war on people and their relationships, as well as topics of duty, sacrifice, and family, are examined in this movie.

In an interview with Screen, filmmaker Kayoze Irani discussed the film's direct OTT release, stating that it was always intended to be a direct OTT release.

"What surprised me this past week are the YouTube reactions that we are receiving. That is why not theater. People may be looking at the scale and seeing the vibe of it, but it has always been an OTT picture. Only now, we are thinking, oh, we got this little feeling (about the theater release).

The cast also includes Rajesh Sharma, Jitendra Joshi, Mihir Ahuja, Tota Roy Chowdhury, and others. Dharma Productions, which includes Karan Johar among its producers, is responsible for the creation of Sarzameen. Kayoze Irani is the film's director.
