The plot of Sarzameen

The plot of Sarzameen, which takes place against the backdrop of Jammu and Kashmir, is about an army officer named Vijay Menon (Prithviraj Sukumaran) who is committed to his job and prepared to give up his personal life for the sake of the country, even if it means siding with his family.. 

Meera (Kajol), his wife, is a strong woman who is striving to hold her family together in the face of this upheaval. The complexity is increased by the fact that Ibrahim Ali Khan portrays Harman, a young man who is the son of Meera and Vijay, and who is dealing with his history while also making tough choices that set him against his family and country. There is a fierce action sequence in which he competes against Vijay. The psychological toll that conflict takes on people and families is shown in this film, which examines how the characters reconcile their allegiance to their nation with their personal devotion.

The story delves into the characters' inner battles, notably the father-son relationship, as they deal with ideological differences and the ramifications of their decisions.
