The Malayalam film Samshayam, which was released in theaters in May, is scheduled to debut on OTT in the near future. Manorama Max will be streaming the family drama, which stars Vinay Forrt and Sharaf U Dheen in major roles.

Latest Information on the OTT Release Date for Samshayam

The film, which premiered on May 16 and had a respectable theatrical run, was praised by many for its plot and themes. The acquisition of Samshayam's digital rights by Manorama Max has now been confirmed. However, the platform has not disclosed a predicted release date. The comedy drama is anticipated to begin airing on the popular Malayalam OTT platform in the second or third week of July. In Samshayam, the lead roles are played by Priyamvada and Lijomol Jose.

The film Kuttante Shinigami, which features Indrans and Jaffar Idukki, will premiere on Manorama Max on July 4. Recently, Azadi, Pattth, Karnika, and Am began playing on the same platform.

Details about the cast and plot of Samshayam

The film centers on two couples from different socioeconomic backgrounds. After months of being a mother, Vimala, a homemaker, wonders if their baby is actually theirs. This causes Manojan, her husband, to seek the truth, which has an impact on their lives and also causes chaos in the lives of Harris and Faiza, a recently married couple who are dealing with their own problems. When all of their paths cross, the main narrative of the movie centers on the resulting events that change their lives. The movie tells a heartwarming tale about parenting, according to OTTplay's review, thanks to the excellent performances of its lead cast.

Rajesh Ravi, who also directed the critically acclaimed film Aarkkariyam, directed Samshayam. The screenplay for the movie was written by the director. The film has been funded by Suraj P S, Dixon Poduthas, and Lino Philip under the auspices of 1895 Studios. The background score and soundtracks for the family entertainment are written by Hesham Abdul Wahab.
