As she promotes her new movie Uppu Kappurambu, which is scheduled to debut on Amazon Prime Video on July 4, 2025, Keerthy Suresh is making headlines. This film is getting a lot of attention because it stars the gifted actor Suhas in a prominent part. The trailer has everyone's attention, and Keerthy portrays a mad, fresh character in the movie.

For her upcoming movie, Keerthy Suresh will collaborate with Vijay Deverakonda.

After a very long hiatus, Keerthy returns to Telugu film with Uppu Kappurambu. She has, however, just agreed to make another Telugu movie. We at OTTplay previously covered that Vijay Deverakonda had been hired by producer Dil Raju for a major film to be produced on a large scale.

The film has been titled Rowdy Janardhana and will feature Keerthy and Vijay as a pair for the first time in their careers. In one of her interviews, Keerthy confirmed the project without mentioning the hero’s name. She revealed that a new director named Ravi Kiran Kola will be directing the film, and she is super excited about it.

Well, the film is Rowdy Janardhana, and Dil Raju has made grand plans to announce this film in the days to come. The project is being eagerly awaited, as Vijay and Keerthy make for a refreshing on-screen pair. As of now, Keerthy is busy with her Hindi film alongside Rajkummar Rao, while Vijay is occupied with a film being directed by Rahul Sankrityan.

Once these films are wrapped up, Rowdy Janardhana will go on floors. The film is a romantic family drama and is slated to hit screens in the second half of June 2026.

For now, Keerthy is focused on Uppu Kappurambu, which is based on the burial system in a small village. Keerthy's role is one of the main attractions in this village drama.
