Prince and Family, Dileep's most recent movie, will soon be available on digital platforms. From June 20 onwards, the film will be available for streaming on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium.

An update on the release of Prince and Family Over-the-Top

From midnight on June 20, the film will be available on the well-known OTT platform. The film has performed well in theaters since its debut on May 9, attracting huge crowds of families. The movie is said to be the actor's only commercially successful film after the socio-political thriller Ramaleela from 2017.

Among the earlier films of the C.I.D. Moosa star, which failed to meet both audience and box office projections, were Thangam, Subharathri, and Pavi Caretaker. In this aspect, Prince and Family may be seen as a successful return for the performer. Some are still not accessible via OTT. The Dileep-starring movie, which relied primarily on word-of-mouth promotion, earned over Rs 16 crore during its 25-day theatrical run.

What is the focus of Prince and Family?

Prince Chakkalakkal, the movie's main character, is unmarried and the only source of support for his family. He is sad and alone since he struggles to locate a life companion. But a suggestion made by a dating website soon turns the lives of Prince and his family upside down. The film Prince and Family opens by showcasing the Ishtam star's sense of humor, but as it moves into the second half, it starts to concentrate on the negative aspects of social media.

In Prince and Family, Dileep has always played a role that Malayalis love to see him play, and director Binto Stephen has brought him back to life in that role, according to OTTplay's review. It's fun to see the performer perform in a casual manner, much like in his earlier performances. Listin Stephen's Magic Frames production company is funding this family-friendly film, which stars Siddique, Bindu Panicker, Dhyan Sreenivasan, Johny Antony, Manju Pillai, and Raniya in significant roles.
