The producers of Pranav Mohanlal's forthcoming Malayalam film, Dies Irae, have released a unique poster to commemorate his birthday on July 13, 2025. Pranav is portrayed in a tough image on the new poster, which has generated considerable online buzz with users already attempting to decipher the movie and the character of the young actor. The online community has made comments about Pranav Mohanlal's poster ranging from "cult member" to "Illuminati" allusions.

Rahul Sadasivan is the director of the forthcoming Malayalam movie Dies Irae. Similar to Rahul's prior works, Bhoothakaalam and Bramayugam, Dies Irae is a horror film with Pranav Mohanlal as the protagonist. The new poster, which was released at midnight on July 13, has a reddish hue and includes Pranav. In addition, there are three pairs of legs visible in the background. The poster's suggestion that Pranav resembles a cult member has sparked conversation on Reddit and Twitter among Malayalam movie fans.

The goat-like statue with shining eyes behind the actor was noted by another keen-eyed internet user, who questioned if it was an Illuminati allusion. Someone else, though, questioned if it was a symbol of sin.

Others inquired about Rahul Sadasivan's culinary endeavors, while others expressed optimism for the movie, stating that they had faith in his abilities.

In 2024, Pranav Mohanlal played the lead role alongside Dhyan Sreenivasan in Vineeth Sreenivasan's film Varshangalkku Shesham.

“Though Pranav is not a great actor, I remember Vineeth Sreenivasan saying that he has great potential to play dark characters,” one person stated, recalling a previous statement made by the filmmaker.

Additionally, Pranav made a cameo appearance in Empuraan, which starred Mohanlal and was released in theaters in March 2025.

The launch of Dies Irae

For Halloween this year, the highly anticipated horror movie is scheduled to be released. The filming started in April 2025 and concluded the following May. The post-production process will last five months.

This movie, which has Shehnad Jalal as the DOP, is supported by YNOT Studios and Night Shift Studios. Shafique Mohamed Ali is the editor, Christo Xavier is the music director, and Jothish Shankar is the art director among the remaining members of the technical team. The rest of the cast information is unknown.
