The highly anticipated trailer for Krish and Jyothi Krishna's period picture, Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1 – Sword vs Spirit, which stars Pawan Kalyan, was released on Thursday. To the delight of fans, the trailer was made available in several theaters throughout the Telugu regions. Additionally, it features Nidhhi Agerwal and Bobby Deol.

The trailer opens with a voiceover claiming that Hari Hara Veera Mallu takes place at a time when Hindus were penalized and a man was born to combat injustice. To defend dharma, Pawan travels from Golkonda to Delhi. Bobby is portrayed as Aurangzeb, who is not afraid to mercilessly hack his adversaries. The Koh-i-Noor diamond belongs to him. The protagonist, Veera Mallu, is played by Pawan, who has the ability to resist the Mughal empire and rescue Nidhihi's character, Panchami. The trailer concludes with Veera Mallu confronting a ferocious animal after a few exciting action sequences.

The first installment of Hari Hara Veera Mallu has been in development for five years, and filming is set to begin in 2020. The COVID-19 pandemic caused the initial halt, followed by Pawan's campaign for the Andhra Pradesh elections via the Jana Sena Party. Fans have been eagerly anticipating seeing the actor-politician back on television ever since his most recent appearance in the 2023 film Bro alongside his nephew Sai Durgha Tej.

The life of the eponymous criminal, Veera Mallu, is the basis of the Mughal Era-set film Hari Hara Veera Mallu. The movie features prominent roles for Nargis Fakhri, Satyaraj, and Nora Fatehi. Jyothi, the son of producer AM Rathnam, directed the remainder of the movie after Krish filmed a segment of it before leaving the production. After considerable delays, the movie is scheduled to be released on July 24.
