Director Ram who is known for making deeply poignant and philosophical films, is back with Paranthu Po, a musical road trip comedy film which talks about big things in simple manner. The film features Mirchi Shiva, Grace Antony, child actor Master Mitul Ryan, Anjali, Aju Varghese and others. Paranthu Po premiered at the International Film Festival of Rotterdam last year and debuted in theatres on July 4.

According to Sacnilk's report, the movie made Rs 0.42 crore at the Indian box office on its first day of release. The movie Paranthu Po garnered favorable reviews from reviewers, and it is anticipated that the film will do well this weekend as families visit cinemas.

The story centers around a father and son's road trip away from the busy metropolis, where they encounter a variety of people along the way. Ram and Shiva, who come from different cinematic genres, are working together for the first time. Vijay Yesudas. The film also stars Sreeja Ravi, Balaji Sakthivel, Jesse Kukku, and himself.

Paranthu Po OTT release:

In addition to the Seven Seas And Seven Hills Productions banners, JioHotstar, which funded the movie, will distribute Paranthu Po in partnership with GKS Bros Production. The producers have not yet disclosed the date of the OTT release. Mathi VS is the editor, and NK Ekhambram cranks the camera as part of the technical team. Santhosh Dhayanithi is responsible for writing the music.

In the meantime, Nivin Pauly, Anjali, and Soori star in the main roles of Ram's upcoming film, Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai. The release date of the action thriller is still unknown.
