Narivetta OTT Premiere: Watch Tovino Thomas’ Thriller from July 11

The OTT release date of Narivetta, which features Tovino Thomas and Suraj Venjaramoodu, has at last been set. The thrilling police procedural drama will be available on SonyLiv on July 11, as was formally revealed via the company's Instagram account on Monday.

SonyLiv shared a brief trailer of the movie along with the tagline, "Echoes of truth, shadows of injustice! Watch Narivetta from July 11 only on Sony LIV." In a different post, which featured a collection of stills from the movie, Tovino was also tagged.

About the film

The movie Narivetta centers on the easily swayed 28-year-old Varghese (Tovino Thomas), who is in love with Nancy (Priyamvada Krishnan). He considers all of his employment to be unworthy of respect. Fed up with his antics, Nancy ends their relationship and tells him to get his act together. He is ultimately compelled to join the CPRF as a constable. His life changes course from this point forward. Although his superiors tease him, the sympathetic Officer Bashir Ahmed (Suraj Venjaramoodu) takes him under his wing and becomes his mentor and buddy. The movie next centers around a case that is modeled after the actual 2003 Muthanga tribal demonstration.

Tippushan and Shiyas Hassan's Indian Cinema Company created Narivetta. The film's score was written by Jakes Bejoy. Abin Joseph wrote the screenplay for the movie. The movie received positive audience feedback and word-of-mouth at its theatrical debut, and it went on to play for 40 days.

Immediately after the film's release, Tovino went to Instagram to share genuine audience responses. In theaters, many spectators were seen standing up and applauding the movie while wiping away their tears.
