The release date and platform for the Society's OTT

Munawar Faruqui's The Society is going to stream on OTT sooner than you would expect. The show will be out next Monday, i.e. on July 21, 2025.

The Society concept

The Society is shown to be a reality program that will put its participants through a variety of tests in the released promo. In addition to the vault, which is a component of the game, they are kept under house arrest in a bunk bed arrangement. The show's subject matter is quite similar to that of the Korean drama Squid Game.

The Society is the thin line that separates Bigg Boss and Squid Game, as seen by Munawar's mockery of masks in the style of VIPs and the obvious rift between the candidates. The contestants in Munawar's Bigg Boss season, also known as Bigg Boss 17, were split into three groups: Dil, Dimaag, and Dum. The Society is also divided into The Royals, The Regulars, and The Rags. The Society will be the venue for 25 gamers who are confined for 200 hours. Similar to other reality shows, there is only one winner expected from the reality program, and they must struggle for their life. However, the manufacturers have not yet explained this idea, thus we could see a winner or a completely different concept.
