Following Karan Johar's The Traitors, we have The Society, another survival series. On July 21, the program, which is hosted by Munawar Faruqui, is scheduled to air on JioHotstar. Additionally, you may watch it on OTTplay Premium. Bigg Boss, Squid Game, and Lock Up have all served as sources of inspiration for the Society. Munawar gave a few details about his program prior to its launch.

The persistent class and status differences in the actual world were the subject of discussion during a press conference by Munawar Faruqui. In discussing his forthcoming show, The Society, he said that it centers on a similar topic, namely the ability to manipulate one's sense of self.

There is no debate in "The Society," he stated. It's nothing more than a struggle to shift your position. In the event that your circumstances shift. You may become a star kid even if you weren't born into it on this show. This is just one illustration. The quality of acting has no bearing on this.

About The Society

Twenty-five candidates will compete for 200 hours in The Society, which is hosted by Munawar Faruqui, to demonstrate their physical prowess, strategic thinking, and desire to succeed. The program will split participants into three categories - Royals, Regulars, and Rags - and will feature challenges and assignments intended to mirror social structure and the harsh realities of survival. It is anticipated that this program will resemble Bigg Boss, Lock Upp, and Squid Game in atmosphere. Survival, entertainment, and disorder will abound at the event.

The show aims to examine themes such as social hierarchy, survival, and the human will to conquer challenges. Social media star Shreya Kalra, who is originally from Madhya Pradesh and became famous after her Roadies appearance, will co-host the Society. She was a wild card competitor on the show. She has also contributed to a number of online series and music videos.

Meanwhile, in The Society, the contestants' physical and mental abilities will be tested as they compete to climb the social ladder. Watch Munawar Faruqui's The Society on JioHotstar via OTTplay Premium from July 21.
