Detective Ujjwalan and Narivetta both enthralled audiences after their theatrical debuts and have now made their OTT debuts. Narivetta, a gripping socio-political thriller

The main character of the movie is Ujjwalan, a local detective who is committed to apprehending a "Boogeyman" that haunts the seemingly tranquil neighbourhood of Plaachikkaavu. This mysterious enemy is carrying out murders at every other night. The locals and Ujjwalan's squad of friends are working to catch the criminal in the meantime. How Plaachikkaavu escapes the Boogeyman's curse and whether Ujjwalan will learn the truth about the murderer are the film's central questions.

The few poignant moments that fail to have adequate depth are compensated for by the film's engrossing plot. The Dhyan Sreenivasan film is undoubtedly a fun viewing for anyone who enjoys a good investigative thriller with a humorous twist once in a while.
