As previously stated, Vadivelu and Fahadh Faasil will collaborate for the movie Maareesan following their performance in Maamannan. The film's teaser was made available on social media by the producers on Wednesday.

The teaser for Maareesan is currently available, showing Fahadh Faasil and Vadivelu working together once again

Maareesan is an upcoming Tamil movie starring Fahadh Faasil and Vadivelu in the major roles. Prior to this, the two had collaborated on Mari Selvaraj's Maamannan. The teaser for the movie was released on social media by the creators on Wednesday. RB Choudary's Super Good Films banner is funding the film, which is directed by Sudheesh Sankar. The 100th project from Super Good Films is Maareesan.

We see an aerial view of village landscapes as an old Tamil song plays in the background. Fahadh Faasil and Vadivelu are riding a motorcycle while the ancient melody from Maya Bazaar keeps playing. Throughout the rest of the song, we get several snippets of the protagonists going about their day together. When one of them slaps the other, the tone of the sneak peek appears to be becoming more serious, and the video concludes with Vadilvelu singing the song. Vadivelu, who has made us laugh with movies like Chandramukhi and Friends, seems to be returning to a serious role.

The cast of Maareesan consists of Kovai Sarala, Vivek Prasanna, Sithara, PL Thenappan, Livingston, Renuka, Saravana Subbiah, Krishna, Haritha, and Telephone Raja, in addition to the Bougainvillea actor and Vadivelu.

Introducing the Maareesan OTT partner:

With the date still unknown, the producers just announced that the picture will be released in July. Maareesan will be available to stream after the movie completes its theatrical run because Netflix has secured the rights to stream it after its theatrical release.

V Krishna Moorthy, who is also the creative director, is responsible for writing the film's narrative, screenplay, and conversation. Kalaiselvan Sivaji handles the camera while Yuvan Shankar Raja creates the music. Sreejith Sarang is the editor.

In the interim, you can stream Maamannan, a political drama starring Fahadh Faasil as the villain, with performers Vadivelu, Udhayanidhi Stalin, and Keerthy Suresh. It's available on Netflix.
