The forthcoming movie Maadeva, which has been in the works for some time, is set to be released by late actor Tiger Prabhakar's son, Vinnod Prabhakar, at a period when the Kannada film business is in one of its worst lulls. Given that the movie has given the actor a story and a role through which he has been able to express his inner artist and that he is unsure of whether it will find an audience, it is understandable that he is apprehensive about its commercial potential.

The industry thinks of Varadha star Vinnod as a skilled fighter, and his films have mostly concentrated on that aspect, with the plot and his performance sometimes taking a backseat. "My films have a good market for Hindi dubbing rights if they feature 4-5 battle scenes and a few songs. Thus, I seldom had the opportunity to act on a script level. My movies adhered to a specific formula, according to the actor in an interview with Filmibeat Kannada.

Maadeva, in his opinion, marks a departure from this depiction and has given Vinnod the chance to fully explore and demonstrate his talents as an actor. Even after his last appearance in Fighter , Vinnod is still baffled as to why Naveen Reddy, the film's director, believed he would be a suitable choice for the role. The movie, which centers on the character's emotional existence, including his family, society, and other aspects, features Vinnod as a hangman.

"Yes, there are conflicts in Maadeva as well, but it also provides me a large stage to demonstrate my acting abilities. I've had numerous occasions throughout the years when I wanted to present myself as an artist, but I was always reminded that it wasn't necessary. Thus, I couldn't resist taking on this role when the movie was offered to me, the actor says, adding that he is working in Maadeva with his Roberrt co-star Sonal Monteiro (Banaras).
