Film lovers were eager for the release of Dulquer Salmaan's Wayfarer Films-produced movie, Lokah Chapter One: Chandra, starring Naslen and Kalyani Priyadarshan. Reports have now hinted at a release date for the film.

Lokah Chapter One: Chandra's release date is

Recent reports suggest that the fantasy thriller will likely be released during Onam this year. It is said that it will be released on August 28 or 29. The producers, however, have not verified this.

Mohanlal's Hridyapoorvam, Hridhu Haroon's Maine Pyar Kiya, and Fahadh Faasil's Odum Kuthira Chadum Kuthira are all slated to be released during Onam this year. Kalyani plays the principal female role in Odum Kuthira Chadum Kuthira. If Lokah is released on the specified date, it will surely give audiences a different holiday experience.

Lokah Chapter One: Chandra—Everything

The title and poster for Lokah Chapter One: Chandra were just unveiled by its creators. The poster features the film's lead actors, Kalyani Priyadarshan and Naslen, in their roles. With the tagline "Unveiling Lokah- A world where legends come alive," the film's cast and crew published the poster on social media. The movie has already been verified as a member of the Wayfarer Cinematic Universe.

Although Naslen's role seems to be that of a regular person, the poster suggests that Kalyani will portray a strong warrior with supernatural abilities who must battle an unidentified opponent. Santhy Balachandran wrote the screenplay for this film, which was directed by Dominic Arun. Arun Kurian, Vijayaraghavan, and Chandu Salimkumar have significant roles in the film, and it is said that Dulquer and Tovino Thomas will also make cameo appearances.

According to the producers, the film's production was completed in January of this year. Naslen appeared in Alappuzha Gymkhana, the latest Malayalam film directed by Khalid Rahman. It is currently streamable on Sony LIV.
