Kingdom is one of the most awaited films in Telugu cinema, as it features popular hero Vijay Deverakonda in the lead role. The action drama has been in the making for over two years and is finally set to hit screens on July 31, 2025. The makers have speeded up promotions, and the songs released so far have turned into big hits.

At OTTplay, we had already revealed that Kingdom would not be released in Hindi due to title issues, as a popular production house had already blocked the title Kingdom for one of their films. This was the reason the Hindi release was stalled. 

However, as per the latest update, the Hindi release formalities have now been cleared, and the film will release in the northern belt as well. The makers have renamed the film Saamrajya, which sounds quite interesting. 

Because Vijay Deverakonda is well-liked in Hindi-speaking areas, Kingdom will be released in Bollywood under the name Samraj, according to an interview with producer Naga Vamsi, who stated that the title difficulties have been rectified.

Kingdom's principal adversary is Satyadev.

This is a historical drama with a reincarnation theme, in which Bhagyashree Bose plays the main female role. The movie will portray Vijay Deverakonda's brother as the well-known Telugu actor Satya Dev. According to reports, he has a bad role in this action drama, which features music by Anirudh Ravichander.

The movie, which will be divided into two sections, was directed by the renowned Jersey resident Gowtam Tinnanuri. The outcome of the first section will determine whether the second section is completed. Keep an eye out for further information about this fascinating undertaking.
