You can always count on Crazy Star Ravichandran to spill a ton of secrets anytime he's on a stage. On July 12, he didn't let us down during the Bengaluru leg of the KD The Devil teaser launch events. In between throwing shots at director Prem for concentrating more on Ravichandran's appearance and wig for the film than on really having him on set, the seasoned actor revealed another fact about the movie.

Ravichandran: Prem met me 10 times; gave no story narration

“I have no clue what I did in the film. Prem reassured me that my character will play a more significant and integral role in the second half, despite the fact that he had me at least ten times before I started filming, but there was no narrative to the story, Ravichandran said, adding that KD The Devil would be a two-part tale. Although he has a little role in this chapter, he said that he feels morally obligated to assist Prem in realizing his cinematic vision.

"Prem came to my home with a group of about 15 people over 10 days just to complete my appearance in the movie. I just spent six days performing in the movie. Ravichandran, who also teased lead actor Dhruva Sarja about spending at least three years working on each of his films, added that he would ask for a change if he wasn't happy with my wig, only for me to come back with the same hairpiece, but maybe with a strand or two less.

KD, which was created by KVN Productions, also features Reeshma Nanaiah, Sanjay Dutt, Ramesh Aravind, and others in important roles. William David did the cinematography, and Arjun Janya composed the music for the movie. After Mumbai, the movie's teaser was initially released, followed by the team's promotional tour in Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi, and Bengaluru. The teaser has received mixed reactions; some viewers liked the action-packed scenes, while others found it to be subpar. The movie will be released on September 4, at which point we will finally see what Prem has been up to.
