Three years after its initial release, Junior, the Kireeti Reddy launchpad, the son of politician and mining magnate Janardhan Reddy, is finally hitting theaters. The movie, directed by Radhakrishna Reddy, who also directed Mayabazar 2016, will be released in theaters on July 18. The trailer was released prior to this. Junior's team hasn't gone all out with promotions yet, and Kireeti has stated unequivocally in one of his few interviews that he wants to make his debut film a family comedy that will allow him to collaborate with Crazy Star V Ravichandran.

Kireeti Lands Customized Position in Junior

Given that Ravichandran has been playing father to much older actors, like Sudeep, the Junior team came up with a solution by making Kireeti's character Abhi a late child of his older parents. Ravichandran and Sudharani portray the couple, who are mocked by society for having a child later in life, but are determined to provide him with the best life possible.

Although Abhi loves college and makes wonderful friends, he also recognizes that some family connections, like the one he has with a business executive portrayed by Genelia Deshmukh, need to be repaired. Kireeti is paired with Sreeleela in the movie, while Rao Ramesh, Achyuth Kumar, Kiran Srinivas, and others have important parts.

SS Rajamouli unveiled the Junior trailer. The movie promises to include romance, humor, emotional father-son interactions, and more. It appears that Radhakrishna has customized the film to enable Kireeti to demonstrate his acting abilities in addition to his dancing and fighting skills.

The film, meanwhile, is releasing in Karnataka in competition with Yuva Rajkumar’s Ekka, the trailer of which had dropped at the exact same time as that of Junior. Considering that Ekka is only getting a Kannada release, unlike Junior, Yuva and team have been on a publicity blitzkrieg. Kireeti and co are yet to get the publicity wagon going.
