Fans of Golmaal must be ecstatic as a report has verified that Rohit Shetty is preparing to begin production on Golmaal 5. This is one of the most successful and well-liked franchises of all time. The recent report has disclosed additional thrilling information about the potential of Golmaal 5 that Johny Lever alluded to a few weeks ago.

Rohit Shetty is ready to get back together with Ajay Devgn for Golmaal 5, according to a Pinkvilla article. According to the report, the movie will begin production in February or March 2026 and be released in the first half of 2027.

The source further stated that Rohit Shetty, who is in Mumbai filming the Rakesh Maria biopic with John Abraham and will finish by September 2025, is ready to lock the edit by the end of this year for a release in early 2026. "Right after completing work on the Rakesh Maria Biopic, Rohit moves on to the prep of Golmaal FIVE, and take it on floors by February/March 2026," it continued.

The portal further revealed, however, that despite the polishing and dialogue work, a new group of writers is currently working on the screenplay for "Golmaal FIVE," which is slated to be locked by September 2025.

Golmaal FIVE, on the other hand, will see Ajay Devgn reunite with the entire group, including Arshad Warsi, Tushar Kapoor, Kunal Kemmu, Shreyas Talpade, and Johnny Lever.
