What happens in Four Years Later?

The narrative of the mini-series takes place in Jaipur, Rajasthan, a city famous for its diverse cultural history. Through the traditional route of an arranged marriage by their respective families, Yash and Sridevi's life become inextricably connected. It investigates how love might change over time and distance.

Soon after Yash and Sridevi's marriage is arranged, he is offered a life-altering chance to complete a medical internship in Australia as an aspiring physician. Their families are faced with an instant dilemma due to this unexpected proposal.

The couple is left apart for a significant four years, during which time Sridevi stays in India, which sets the scene for the emotional difficulties and obstacles they will undoubtedly encounter throughout the show.
