Family Star was a big flop at the box office. The film is now streaming on Prime Video, and despite the trolls, it is on top of the charts. This is the only solace for the team after the disastrous box office result. Parasuram has directed this film and he is the one who is facing the most trolls with each passing day.

But looks like he is in no mood to slow down as he is ready with a new script. We have come to know that he has approached popular hero Ram Pothineni for his next film. One of the sources close to the actor has revealed to us that Parasuram did approach Ram for a film, and the actor even listened to the script and is yet to take a call.

The word in the film circles is that Ram is not too keen to do this project and has kept it on hold. He did not inform his confirmation to Parasuram and has kept him waiting. Parasuram is a director who takes a lot of time to make his films. Vijay Deverakonda-starrer Family Star had a simple subject, but still, it took over a year to make it and release it.

Before Family Star, he was supposed to work with Naga Chaitanya, but he kept him waiting for over a year. Poor Naga Chaitanya even lost a few films and was waiting. Parasuram left him and went to the Mahesh Babu camp and directed Sarkaru Vaari Pata. Since then, Chay has been quite upset and vocal about Parasuram's lack of professionalism.

The word in film circles is that Parasuram has also approached a few producers to helm his next, but most of them have been avoiding him. He is known to give a hit and follow it with a string of flops. The same happened with Family Star as well. So, in the days to come, we need to see which hero Parasuram will work with.
