The official letter that Panorama Studios International Limited sent to the Bombay Stock Exchange, confirming the Drishyam 3 film starring Ajay Devgn, was shared by an Ajay Devgn fan page (BeingADian). According to the letter, Panorama Studios International Limited verified that, like the previous installments, Ajay Devgn will star in Drishyam 3.

In addition to helming the second installment of the series, Abhishek Pathak, the filmmaker, will also be back in the third installment. Additionally, the letter stated that the studio is informing BSE about signing a production agreement with Digital 18 Media Private Limited to co-produce the Hindi feature film Drishyam 3..

The notice is ultimately issued in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. As part of its legal duty to reveal vital information that could affect investors, the corporation has informed the stock exchange.
