Deepika Padukone, who is all set to embrace motherhood soon, is also set to impress us with her role in Rohit Shetty's cop drama, Singham Again. The actress will be seen playing the role of Shakti Shetty, reportedly Ajay Devgn's character's sister, in the movie. Today, Shetty surprised fans by releasing a new poster from the film featuring DP in a police uniform. 

Rohit Shetty reveals his hero, Lady Singham!

On his social media account, filmmaker Rohit Shetty shared a picture of Deepika in a police uniform, where she looks super cool. With a sleek bun and black sunglasses, the actress is posing the iconic Singham post that Ajay Devgn did in the film, Singham, which demonstrates a lion's roar. She looks fierce and beautiful at the same time. 

Sharing the poster, Rohit wrote in the caption: "MY HERO… REEL MEIN BHI AUR REAL MEIN BHI LADY SINGHAM!!! @deepikapadukone"

Singham Again is Rohit Shetty's other installment in his cop universe. The film stars Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Akshay Kumar, among others. Arjun Kapoor also stars in the film as a villain. The film was announced on the first day of Navratri in October 2023. The movie is scheduled for a theatrical release on August 15, 2024, but a few reports suggest that the film might get postponed.
