Bajrangi Bhaijaan is considered to be one of Salman Khan’s best career films and now, there’s news on the sequel of the movie. The 2015 film will come back a decade later and Salman will be reading the script of the movie soon. Vijayendra Prasad, who is the writer of the sequel, confirmed that Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2 and another script for a much-awaited movie’s sequel is complete. He spoke about the same at Ruslaan promotions in Hyderabad.

Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2 script complete

Vijayendra Prasad confirmed that Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2’s script is completed. Salman Khan will be approached with the script soon. The actor is currently in Dubai, which happens to be his first International trip since the firing at his house on Sunday. Salman is currently working on Sikandar with AR Murugadoss as the directed and Sajid Nadiadwala backing the project. The actor is also reported to be a part of Karan Johar’s next, tentatively titled Bull.

Will Munni or Kareena come back?

There is still no confirmation on whether Munni, played by Harshali Malhotra, will be back for the film. Kareena Kapoor Khan had played the female lead in the movie and it is too early to say whether she will be on board once again or a new actress will step in. However, given Salman’s history with sequels, Kareena is likely to come back for the movie, even if reports suggests that Pooja Hegde might replace her in the project. It is also to be noted that Kabir Khan had hinted that he might work with Salman again soon. The filmmaker might just be talking about the very project.

Which other Hindi film’s script is complete

The other sequel which we will see soon is Akshay Kumar’s Rowdy Rathore 2. The actor was recently seen in Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bade Miyan Chote Miyan opposite Tiger Shroff. He now has Hera Pheri 3, Welcome To The Jungle and Singham Again among the many projects. The actor might or might not work in Rowdy Rathore sequel. The original film, directed by Prabhudheva, starred him as the male lead and Sonakshi Sinha as the female lead.
