It has been a very long time since Megastar Chiranjeevi last appeared on film. Bholaa Shankar, his last film, was a complete commercial failure. After that, he took a break and signed young director Vassistha's Vishwambara. Sadly, the movie is still awaiting a release date after more than two years of production, mostly as a result of unfinished visual effects.

Disregarding that, Chiranjeevi immediately agreed to star in renowned filmmaker Anil Ravipudi's next film, which stars Nayanthara in the lead role. According to the most recent information, Anil Ravipudi, who is known for producing movies one after the other, has already finished fifty percent of the filming.

In Alappuzha, Kerala, Chiranjeevi's crew was filming a romantic ballad and some hilarious scenes, as we previously reported. After 12 days, that schedule came to an end today. The producers posted a unique image of Chiranjeevi and Anil Ravipudi boarding a plane for Hyderabad. They also stated that half of the film has been shot.

Additionally, the movie features the star hero Venkatesh in a significant cameo, and Catherine Tresa is playing a crucial part in it as well. Previously, Anil Ravipudi's film Sankranthiki Vasthunnam, which starred Venkatesh in the main role, was a huge Sankranti success. As a result, Venkatesh will play a unique role in Chiranjeevi's forthcoming film, which is anticipated to be a significant highlight of the picture.

According to the rumors, Venkatesh has not yet joined the cast and will soon be filming crucial scenes with Chiranjeevi and Nayanthara. Ceciroleo Bheems is writing the score for the movie and has so far written four songs.

The project is being promoted extensively, and the pre-release market is being secured at unprecedented rates. This enormous, untitled film is being co-produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri and Chiranjeevi's daughter Sushmita, with a planned January Sankranti 2026 release date.
