The movie's release date during Onam was previously verified. The precise date of the theatrical premiere was, however, announced by the filmmakers on July 17. The sports drama, which is advertised as Shane Nigam's 25th film, will be released in cinemas in both Malayalam and Tamil during the holiday season. The actor's other film, RDX: Robert Dony Xavier, was a huge commercial hit when it was released in Onam in 2023.

Sai Abhyankkar, a Tamil musician, was just chosen to write the music for this endeavor, according to a recent announcement. The director of Balti, Alphonse Puthren, is also a key figure in the city.

In the newest video, Udhayan, portrayed by Shane Nigam, is seen looking like a formidable kabbadi player. Unni Shivalingam is the director of this movie. The screenplay for this action drama was written by the director himself. Santosh T. Kuruvilla and Binu Alexander George are the producers of Balti, which is supported by Binu George Alexander Productions and STK Frames. The movie was shot in a variety of locations in Coimbatore, Palakkad, and Pollachi.

Onam will be released in 2025

In addition to Mohanlal's Hridayapoorvam, which is one of the most eagerly awaited Malayalam movies scheduled for theatrical release during Onam, Fahadh Faasil's Odum Kuthira Chaadum Kuthira will also have its big-screen debut at the same time. Lokah Chapter One: Chandra, another film starring Kalyani Priyadarshan and Naslen in the main roles, is also scheduled for an Onam release.
