The Battle of Galwan, a war drama coming up, is keeping Salman Khan occupied with filming. The first image was made public a few days ago, and it generated a lot of excitement. The 2020 conflict between India and China in the Galwan Valley served as the basis for the movie. Although it was said that the Battle of Galwan was planned to be released on Eid in 2026, the filmmakers are attempting to avoid this and are considering other release dates in order to prevent a rush to complete the project by the deadline.

The new release dates for the Battle of Galwan have sparked conjecture.

The Battle of Galwan, starring Salman Khan, was stated to have been an Eid al-Fitr 2026 release, according to a Mid-Day story. But trade publications have now disclosed that Khan and the movie's producer, director Apoorva Lakhia, are planning a late May release, which coincides with Bakri Eid, rather than the March slot.

Before the movie ever went on floors, the delay was caused by its "logistical complexity," according to sources. "Battle of Galwan is a war film produced on a large scale," a trade insider said. The film's scope and intricate action sequences will only make the already difficult task of shooting in Ladakh's high altitudes more challenging. Mid-March of next year is Eid. The team doesn't want to hasten the filming or post-production process in order to complete it by that date.

Additionally, Lakhia intends to issue a tentative call to action on it in August and will strive for a release around Bakri Eid. Additionally, the research indicated that Bakri Eid, which will occur on May 27 of the following year, is a viable alternative. But if the movie is released too late, their next option is the Independence Day holiday.

"The group has already started having casual discussions with exhibitors. Kartik Aaryan's Naagzilla, which is still in pre-production, originally reserved the window, according to the insider. By the end of December, the actual release date will be determined.
