The latest Telugu movie, 8 Vasantalu, which was released to moderate reviews, is getting ready for its OTT launch. As previously stated, Netflix has acquired the movie's post-theatrical streaming rights. The platform revealed on Monday that 8 Vasantalu will premiere in south languages on July 11.

8 Vasantalu OTT release date:

8 Vasantalu is a 2025 Telugu romantic drama starring actors Ananthika Sanilkumar, Ravi Duggirala, Hanu Reddy, Kanna Pasunoori and others. The film is written and directed by filmmaker Phanindra Narsetti. The film released in theatres in June and following its theatrical run, it is all set to head to OTT premiere. Netflix which has brought the film's digital rights, announced that 8 Vasantalu will premiere on July 11. It will be available in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam languages with English subtitles.

The film revolves around a martial arts expert and author who falls in love twice, with different men, only to be disappointed with both of them after being left alone. After the romantic dejections in life, she takes a soul-searching journey. The rest of the film revolves around if the protagonist finds true love after all or not. Ananthika Sanilkumar who played the female lead in 8 Vasantalu was praised for her performance. Hesham Abdul Wahab has scored for the film while it is produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
