With known names like Siddharth, Sarathkumar, Devyani, Meethu Ragunath, Chaithra Achar in the cast, the film might see jump during the weekend even as it received mixed to positive reviews from critics. 3BHK marks the reunion of Sarathkumar and Devyani who starred in the iconic Tamil film Suryavamsam.

The 3BHK features Sarathkumar and Devyani as a married couple whose kids are portrayed by Siddharth and Meetha. The movie depicts the real challenges and hardships that an average middle-class Indian family may encounter, such as hospital bills and tuition costs. However, all they want is to own a 3BHK home. However, the core of 3BHK lies in whether or not they are successful in their endeavors. The movie marks the debut of Kannada actor Chaithra Achar.

The technical crew of 3BHK is made up of Dinesh Krishnan B and Jithin Stanislaus, who are responsible for operating the camera, as well as Amrit Ramnath, the son of the renowned playback singer Bombay Jayashri, who composed the film's music. Vinoth Rajkumar N is in charge of production design, while Ganesh Siva is the editor. You may currently see the movie in theaters, but the OTT companion for 3BHK has not yet been revealed.
