The highly anticipated project, which is touted to be a rustic sports drama, has been officially titled Bison. The netizens are going gaga over the promising first look poster of Bison, which is now going viral on social media. If the reports are to be believed, the movie, which is set in the backdrop of Kabbadi, is a biopic based on the life of the renowned sports man Manathi Ganesan. The filming of Bison started rolling in Thirunelveli today, in the presence of leading man Dhruv’s father and celebrated actor, Chiyaan Vikram.

As expected, the official first look poster of Dhruv Vikram and Mari Selvaraj’s ambitious film has highly impressed the cine-goers. The Mari Selvaraj directorial, which started rolling today, features Malayalam actresses Rajisha Vijayan and Anupama Parameshwaran, as the female leads. Senior Malayalam actor-filmmaker Lal is playing a pivotal role in the film, which features Pasupathy and Kalaiyarasan, in the other pivotal roles. Nivas K Prasanna is composing the songs and original score. Ezhil Arasu K is the director of photography. Sakthi Thiru handles the editing. Bison is bankrolled by Pa Ranjith’s home banner Neelam Productions, in association with Applause Entertainment.
