The 100-Story Tale

As a senior police officer in Hyderabad, Vikranth (R K Sagar), an IPS officer, assumes control. Vikranth is looking into the suicide of a young girl named Madhu (Vishnu Priya) when he learns that Arthi (Misha Narang), another woman, has also been through similar experiences and is about to lose it. The authorities understand that a significant connection is at the heart of everything and come up with a strategy to capture the culprits. They discover astonishing facts about the case as they continue to investigate. The main plot of the movie is how they solve the riddle.

A critique of 100 Telugu films

One of the biggest television stars, R.K. Sagar, returns in the lead role of The 100, a police drama. This picture, which compellingly portrays crime drama, was written and directed by Raghav Omkar Sasidhar. Despite the lack of information in the trailer, Raghav's narration is nonetheless good.

The movie begins with a compelling scene of Vishnu Priya taking his own life, and the film does a decent job of portraying how the police use technology to investigate the case. One of the film's greatest strengths is how it connects the various incidents through various offenses and how the police are deceived in their investigation.

R.K. Sagar is portrayed in an action-packed avatar in the first half, which offers fair thrills. The best aspect of the movie is that it doesn't exaggerate the action and that the protagonist doesn't go too far just for the sake of it. He approaches things practically and allows his teammates to take charge.

The tale starts off on a different track in the second half and includes some well-considered surprises after it is established in the pre-interval scenes. The turns pertaining to the protagonist and the manner in which the police uncover information are well presented. Additionally, the makers have little opportunity to be sidetracked because the movie's runtime is so short. The series' most important scenes, which introduce Thaarak Ponnappa's character, are excellent and enhance the drama even further.

Even though the movie becomes predictable and you can identify the antagonist by the conclusion, his motivation for the crime and how his network commits terrible crimes are portrayed in an engaging way.

In terms of performance, R.K. Sagar looks and acts like a cop. The Mogali Rekulu celebrity demonstrates his body language, agility in action moments, and restraint in his performance so effectively.

Misha Narang portrays a highly emotional role and performs her character with great skill. The young actor is able to express the suffering that her character experiences in a way that is convincing. Vishnu Priya, well-known from Bigg Boss, has a significant role and performs remarkably well. Despite being dubbed, Vishnu Priya performs well in her role.

In his most important position, Thaarak Ponnappa excels and appears fashionable. The manner in which he portrays the contemporary villain is ideal for the atmosphere of the movie. The song, which is well-known from Animal, was written by Harshvardhan Rameshwar, and his background music is excellent.

The film has excellent production qualities, and there isn't much room for mistake. The technology used by the police is realistic and not excessive, and the editing is flawless.

In the beginning of the movie, the screenplay, though, should have been a little bit better. Before arriving to the movie's actual plot, one has the impression that things have been dragged out needlessly. In addition to this, The 100 is surprisingly a good movie to view, and it also conveys a powerful social message about rape.

The 100 Verdict

The 100, as a whole, is a run-of-the-mill police drama with some great thrills. The emotional quotient is effective, and the audience is captivated throughout the entire performance. Despite the movie's slow start, it provides fair fun after it gets to the real subject.
