On June 16, Raj gave a taste of a meal that included protein, veggies, and starch on Instagram, including dal rice with ghee, tamarind coconut kozhambu/curry, ivy gourd poriyal, spinach poriyal, and a chocolate protein shake. He then provided the nutritional value and ingredients for each recipe:

80 calories, 2 gram protein, 8 gram carb, 5 gram fat
⦿ Spinach poriyal: Spinach, coconut, onion, oil

⦿ Tamarind coconut kozhambu/curry: Tamarind, coconut, pearl onions, species, oil

⦿ Dal rice with ghee: White rice, lentils, ghee
300 calories, 6 gram protein, 45 gram carb, 10 gram fat

Raj stated that the entire meal would contain 40 grams of protein, 75 grams of carbohydrates, and 30 grams of fat, totaling around 700–750 calories. Raj explained in a previous Instagram post that if you made four modifications to your diet, you could lose weight while consuming a 'simple, vegetarian south Indian diet.'
