In a post on Instagram on May 27, nutritionist Amaka discussed how students can meet their weight loss targets while also excelling in academics and athletics by eating nutrient-dense foods.

Options for breakfast

3. 1 1/2 cups of cooked spaghetti with just a little stew, two hard-boiled eggs, and cucumber/carrot slices for added bulk and satisfaction
