Vinod clarified, "The amount of calories you need to burn each day to reduce weight depends on your goal. For example, you'll need intense workouts if your aim is to lose 5 kg in a month."
Exercising your legs is essential for burning more calories
He stressed that it's crucial to first master the proper range of motion, form, and technique before concentrating on calorie burn. In his opinion, focusing on larger muscle groups such as the legs and back helps burn more calories in less time. "If you want to maximize fat burn, train your legs twice a week," he advised.
Vinod also recommended increasing the length of workouts for efficient fat burning, stating, "Fat burning usually begins after one hour." Therefore, do an hour's worth of exercise, beginning with bodyweight exercises that target the legs and back, then moving on to core workouts, and ending with cardio. This regimen, along with adequate rest and sleep, and a rigid, low-carb diet (depending on your body fat percentage) will help you achieve great fat loss results.
