The movie Saiyaara, directed by Mohit Suri, was released in theaters on July 18. The musical romance, which stars newcomers Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, has been doing well in theaters. However, why haven't the movies' two stars been promoting it? Mohit Suri has at last disclosed the cause in an interview with Just Too Filmy.

What Mohit Suri stated regarding the promotion of Saiyaara

"It was an idea that collectively came in. Akshaye Widhani, and Adi [Aditya Chopra] sir- who mentored us through this thing, have understood that till they [the two leads] don't have something behind them to talk about, the conversation with people would be, 'Who is the prankster on the set?' 'How was it to work with Mohit Suri?'" Mohit stated during the interview. The answers are unnecessary, and I doubt that anybody cares about those matters. The recollection of Aashiqui 2 is shared by Mohit Suri.

Around the time of the release of Aashiqui 2, he added a tale. “I remember when I was doing Aashiqui 2. When we were filming in Goa, people were recognizing me, but not Shraddha and Aditya at that time. We were flying back from Chandigarh while seeking promotions. We were in the air, with no network, when the first show began. By the time we landed, the show was finished, and everyone realized it was a fantastic movie. I have a photo of the air hostess crew mobbing them. They were being recognized for their perspective and relationships, not for their appearance or how we pushed them.

The two leads of Aashiqui 2, Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor, became immediate stars when the film was released in theaters in 2013.

The music for Saiyaara, including the title song and Barbaad, has been a success on social media. The film's music was created by Tanishk Bagchi, Arslan Nizami, and Faheem Abdullah, and it was produced by Akshaye Widhani, the CEO of Yash Raj Films.
