Most people are familiar with Salman Khan's adopted sister, Arpita Khan, but not many are aware that the celebrity also has a Nepalese brother. When Bigg Boss 11 debuted, Salman revealed a little-known chapter from his family's history. He remembered when his uncle once adopted a young Nepalese child named Tesu, who had been abandoned after being fired from his position in their building.

A Nepalese youngster was adopted by Salman Khan's uncle, as he remembers.

"A similar situation happened at our house," Salman recalled when comedian-actor Jamie Lever, Johnny Lever's daughter, presented a humorous scenario about how everything goes haywire in a home after the domestic help departs. Tesu, a Nepalese boy who used to work on the fourth floor of our building, was fired after he had a fight with the flat owner's child when we were quite young. We offered shelter in our home to Tesu, the unfortunate youngster who had come from Nepal, because he didn't know where else to go. People in the building, though, expressed their displeasure with it.

He continued, "Therefore my uncle from Indore had come down to Mumbai." "What are you going to do with this kid? He doesn't even know where his home is," he asked. Then he said, "I'll take him to Indore," and he followed through. Tesu now owns a house in Indore. He was taken in by my uncle. He is one of our siblings and has three children from his marriage. His existence underwent a transformation.
